Why before move-in

The easiest time to protect a surface is before anyone lives with it

The house is empty

Counters are clear and shower glass is clean and unspotted. There’s no furniture to move and no occupied rooms to work around, so every surface that needs it gets sealed.

Surfaces start protected

Sealing creates an invisible barrier that repels water and resists stains. It helps protect against hard-water spotting, mineral buildup, etching, cloudiness and absorption from the first shower and the first spill.

A better handoff

Buyers walk through a house where the glass is clear and the stone is clean. After every service we leave a complimentary bottle of Diamond Bond Cleaner & Revitalizer and a #98 scrub pad, so the new owners can keep it that way.

Fewer “what’s wrong with my shower?” calls

Water spots and cloudy glass are among the first things new owners notice. Sealed glass is easier to keep clear, and sealed stone resists the first stains.

A note on water: Portland’s Bull Run supply is generally soft, while many suburbs, Clark County systems and private wells vary. Mineral spotting and soap scum still build up on unprotected glass with any water. Sealing gives every buyer a head start.
